PowerShark EQR Release 1.6
If a PowerShark EQR customer questions a Capacity Reassignment FAIL message because they feel their data is accurate or "it has always been reported this way", explain that PowerShark EQR's validations may be a bit overzealous and should probably be delivered as WARNINGS. The customer may go ahead and submit even though PowerShark EQR reports FAILs, and the data will likely be accepted by FERC.
